Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Keepsake. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Keepsake ("the app", "we", "us") is an iOS application that helps you review and clean up the photos on your device. The app operates on your device and lets you keep or delete your own photos, with all deletions confirmed through Apple's standard system.
You are solely responsible for the photos you choose to keep or delete using the app. Although deletions are always confirmed by you and deleted photos are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" album (recoverable for 30 days in line with iOS behaviour), we strongly recommend keeping your own backups of any photos that matter to you. We are not responsible for any photos you delete.
You agree to use Keepsake only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Keepsake offers an optional paid subscription ("Keepsake Plus") and may offer other in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Prices may change, and we will give notice of material changes where required.
Some features are available for free and others require Keepsake Plus. We may change which features are free or paid, add features, or remove features over time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
The app, its design, branding, name, and content (excluding your own photos) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or content except as needed to use the app normally.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will identify every duplicate, large file, or similar photo, or that its suggestions will suit your preferences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or photos, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
